c. Guest Obligations: As a guest, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations of the property during your stay, and to be responsible for any damages or losses caused by you or your guests during your stay.

 

3. Property Listings

Hushstays.com acts as a platform for property owners/managers to list their vacation homes for booking by guests. By listing a property on our website, property owners/managers agree to the following:

a. Property Information: Property owners/managers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their property, including but not limited to property description, amenities, availability, and pricing.

 

b. Booking and Payment: Property owners/managers agree to honor all confirmed bookings made through our website and to receive payment for their property rentals as per the agreed-upon terms.

 

c. Guest Communication: Property owners/managers are responsible for communication with guests regarding booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, and any other relevant information.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Hushstays.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
