At Hushstay x Jagheri Bagh, each bedroom is a sanctuary of elegance and comfort, designed to offer an unforgettable experience amidst breathtaking mountain vistas. This exquisite retreat features four generously sized bedrooms, each with its own distinctive character and panoramic views. The estate’s layout, divided across two levels, is ideal for families or groups seeking both privacy and shared spaces in their escape.
An internal staircase elegantly connects the two levels, with each floor featuring a spacious lounge area and seamless access to the verdant gardens. On the ground floor, two large bedrooms offer striking vistas of the unspoiled hills, while the lower ground floor’s two bedrooms provide direct views of the meticulously tended gardens.
Each 270 sq. ft. bedroom is a blend of opulence and comfort, complete with ensuite bathrooms, attached dressing rooms, and thoughtfully appointed sitting areas with writing desks. Meals are prepared by our in-house chef and are made of delectable homemade cuisine.

A barbecue soirée can be organised at an additional cost and on prior intimation.

We will share the exact directions upon confirmation. There is space to park the car within the estate.

If you are driving – it is important that you have experience in hill driving as the last 1.6 km to the house is a slightly bumpy, hill road.

We do not offer any accommodation for the driver at the property. Driver accommodation can be arranged at a resthouse in Koti Village on prior intimation only.

We follow a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke outside the house if you need to.

Sustainable Travel: We do not provide mineral water bottles or aerated drinks and encourage our guests to avoid or take back their plastic garbage. Clean drinking water in bottles is provided.

This place is offered exclusively to only one group at a time. Please mention the exact number of guests while booking.

Rooms are offered on double occupancy up until 08 guests. If there less than 8 guests, rooms will be allocated accordingly and other rooms will be kept locked.

Electricity: Electricity is usually not a problem, however, being at an offbeat location, if there is an unprecedented power outage, we have a Genset as power backup to keep the lights and some power points running. This might also offer you an opportunity to switch off and gaze at the starry night sky. We promise you will not regret it.

Please note that like any other home in the mountains, we do not have an air conditioner at the property. Jagheri Bagh has been designed in such a way that there is proper wind circulation if the windows are opened in the afternoon. Besides, we also have pedestal fans if you feel the need for the same.

There are additional charges for Bonfire/ Fireplace to be paid at the property.

Outside guests are not allowed during the stay. The property is only accessible to guests who have booked with us.
