THE SPACE
Hushstay x Barefoot House is a hidden gem that awaits those seeking a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It inspires you to rediscover the joy of doing-just-nothing and let the tranquil stillness be your greatest luxury.
The House, a modest 35-year-old structure, retains the charm of an old English estate through its charming, colourful and vibrant interiors.
As you step into the living area through a carved wooden door, the transition from external allure to curated interior becomes a mesmerizing prelude. A wooden ceiling and a comfy sofa offer a cozy old-world atmosphere while oversized windows frame the lush garden, creating a living canvas of nature.
The adjoining Dining Area with its authentic English charm exudes an inviting aura. Surrounded by glass panels, the dining area offers panoramic views of the spacious green garden, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop for your dining experience. The design philosophy, influenced by the serene outdoors, unfolds a tale of integrative design—a marriage between the external landscape and the curated indoor space.
The beautifully landscaped garden is a great place to soak in the afternoon sun while being surrounded by the sounds of nature, lay under a canopy of fruit trees or enjoy Bonfire sessions in the evening with your loved ones.
THE ROOMS
There are 03 full furnished rooms with attached bath. All the rooms have elegant furnishings, luxury beddings, en-suite washrooms and internet access.
True to their names, the rooms are adorned with designs and hues that reflect their unique personalities, evoking the ambiance of an old English House.
The Olive room features 02 separate single beds and adjoins the Sapphire Room that features a double sofa cum bed alongside a king-size bed. Both of these bedrooms open up to the Living Area on the ground floor. A circular staircase leads upstairs to the third room. The Pumpkin Room features a king-size double bed and a Smart TV and is meant as a more private abode with two private sitout areas.
Overall, the house has been designed in a way that offers a sense of togetherness while still making sure that privacy is maintained.

A full breakfast is included in the tariff.

Meals are prepared by our in-house chef and are made of delectable homemade local cuisine.

A barbecue soirée can be organized at an additional cost and on prior intimation at INR 1000 per person

A menu is shared upon booking confirmation. We request all our guests inform the staff about their meal preferences well in advance.

There is a small in-house pantry that is equipped with essential amenities including a fridge, microwave, and an electric kettle, allowing guests the convenience of preparing light meals and beverages.

Slow and soft music is okay, but please do not play loud music. You are in the middle of nature.

We follow a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. You may ask the caretaker for an ashtray and smoke outside the house if you need to.

Sustainable Travel: We do not provide mineral water bottles or aerated drinks and encourage our guests to avoid or take back their plastic garbage. Clean drinking water in bottles is provided.

Pet-friendly : We love our furry friends. Please make sure that they are well-mannered and that nothing is damaged. Please bring your own pet bedding and pet food. Pets are not allowed on the sofas or beds. Pet meals are also available at the property at INR 700 per day.

This place is offered exclusively to only one group at a time, the price varies depending on the number of guests. Please select the exact number of guests while booking.

Rooms are offered on double occupancy up until 06 guests and other rooms are locked. We will offer an extra bed/mattress if you are more than 06 guests and can accommodate a maximum of 09 guests only.

Electricity: Electricity is usually not a problem, however, being at an offbeat location, if there is an unprecedented power outage, we have inverters as power backup to keep the lights and some power points running. This might also offer you an opportunity to switch off and gaze at the starry night sky. We promise you will not regret it.

Geyser and a Hot & Cold AC is provided but will not work in case there is a power outage.

We can organize separate accommodation for drivers or male house-helps. Please inform us at the time of booking. Charges are additional.

Outside guests are not allowed during the stay. The property is only accessible to guests who have booked with us.
